ART FOUNDRY

Privacy Policy

Art Foundry, based in Hyderabad, India, is responsible for the personal information it handles to operate this course business. This notice covers our course website, presented under The Art Foundery branding, and our purchase, delivery, and support communications.

For privacy questions or requests, email artfoundry@gmail.com. The payment and hosting services we use also explain their own handling of information in their privacy notices.

1. Information involved

This sales website does not currently have a registration form, email-signup form, or account login. It does not collect your PayPal password or full card details. Please do not include passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

2. Why we use information

We use the relevant information to verify payment, email course access within 24 hours after successful payment, respond to questions, administer refunds, resolve payment disputes, protect against fraud, maintain the website, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

We use purchase contact information for order and course-service communications. A purchase is not, by itself, a subscription to marketing emails. If we introduce optional marketing signups, we will explain that use and provide the choices required by applicable law.

3. Grounds for handling information

We handle information as needed to provide the course you purchase, respond to your requests, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent, we will obtain it for the relevant purpose.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, relevant grounds may include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, consent for optional activities, and legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and addressing support issues, balanced against your rights. You can contact us to ask about the grounds for a particular use or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

4. Cookies and tracking

The sales page saves the fourth-bonus countdown's end time in your browser's local storage so refreshing or reopening the page does not restart it. This timestamp stays in your browser until you clear the site's stored data; it is not sent to us and does not control eligibility for the bonus. If storage is blocked, the countdown runs only for the current page visit.

This website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms. When you visit a page, select a checkout button, or reach our post-purchase thank-you page, the pixel may set cookies and send Meta information such as the page you viewed, the action you took, your browser and device details, and your IP address. We use this to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings or through your browser's cookie controls.

The site does not use session-recording tools or other analytics scripts, and it serves its images and styles locally.

When you follow the checkout link, you leave this website for PayPal. PayPal may use cookies and similar technologies under its own policies. Hosting infrastructure may also process technical requests for security and delivery. This notice is not a claim that every third-party service is cookie-free.

If we add other non-essential tracking to this website, we will update this notice.

5. Services and disclosures

Access instructions are sent manually by email. Any separate service used to view the course may have its own privacy notice; review it before creating an account or providing additional information there. This website does not currently implement course-progress tracking.

Information may also need to be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, or payment providers to meet legal duties or address a dispute. We do not sell purchase or support information or share it for targeted advertising through this website. Providers may have independent responsibilities for their own services.

6. Where information is handled

Our business is based in India. Our hosting, payment, and email providers may process information in other countries. Their notices describe their processing locations and transfer practices. Cross-border handling remains subject to the safeguards and restrictions required by applicable law; we do not assume that a provider uses any particular transfer mechanism for every transaction.

7. How long information is kept

Purchase and access records are kept as needed to support your course access, refunds, disputes, and applicable accounting or legal requirements. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and related follow-up. Technical and payment records held independently by providers follow their own retention rules.

We review information we control and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained by law or information independently held by PayPal or another provider.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request access to information about you, correct it, seek deletion, restrict or object to particular uses, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Contact artfoundry@gmail.com and describe what you need.

We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity or purchase before disclosing or changing records. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any limits on a request. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing already carried out and may affect a service that requires that information.

You may also raise a privacy grievance with us and, where available, complain to the relevant data-protection authority or use another remedy provided by law. These contact steps do not take away those rights.

9. Security and safe communication

Payments are entered on PayPal rather than collected in a form on our website. Keep your payment credentials and private course-access details secure. No online service can promise absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized use of your order or access details, contact us promptly; contact PayPal directly for issues involving your PayPal account.

10. Children and supervised use

Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter the agreement. A parent or guardian should manage purchase and delivery communications for a child. Do not send us a child's personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action under applicable law.

11. Updates and contact

We will revise this notice if our services or information practices change and update the date above. Where required, material changes will be communicated separately and new consent obtained before a new use begins.
