ART FOUNDRY

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain what you can expect when purchasing and using our digital course, Paint Your First Watercolor Skyline. The course is provided by Art Foundry, based in Hyderabad, India, and presented on this website under The Art Foundery branding. Contact us at artfoundry@gmail.com.

Please read these terms before purchasing. They apply to your purchase and use of the course alongside the offer shown when you buy. Nothing here excludes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law protects.

1. Who can purchase

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you are under the legal age to do so, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and supervise your use. Provide accurate payment and contact information so we can identify your order and deliver access.

2. What you are buying

This is a digital watercolor course with ten recorded modules. Any bonuses included in your purchase are those offered on the sales page at the time of payment. No physical products or art supplies are shipped; you provide your own materials and an internet-connected device suitable for viewing the lessons.

A later change to our prices or bonus offers does not remove content included in an order you have already paid for.

3. Price and payment

The current introductory price is $47 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription. The $97 figure on the sales page is a planned regular price, not a claim that every previous customer paid that amount. Combined values describe the stated course and bonus values; they are not an additional charge.

Checkout takes place on PayPal. Review the product, currency, final amount, and any applicable taxes shown there before confirming payment. PayPal or your bank may apply currency-conversion charges or fees under their own terms. Available payment methods depend on PayPal and your location.

We do not collect your PayPal password or full payment-card details through this website. PayPal's own terms and privacy notice apply to its checkout service.

4. Delivery and lifetime access

We manually email course-access instructions within 24 hours after successful payment, using the buyer email available with your PayPal transaction. Access is not issued automatically when you return from checkout.

Check your inbox and spam folder. If you need access sent to a different email address, or have not received it within 24 hours, contact artfoundry@gmail.com with your transaction reference. We may verify the purchase before changing the delivery address. Never send passwords or full card details.

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the purchased course, with no recurring access fee. You can revisit the recorded lessons at your own pace. Temporary maintenance or a change of delivery service may interrupt access; contact us if that happens so we can help restore it. These terms do not replace the lifetime-access promise with a shorter access period.

5. Our 30-day refund guarantee

If the course is not for you, email artfoundry@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Include enough information to locate your payment, such as your purchase email and PayPal transaction reference. You do not need to explain your decision or complete any lessons first.

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method where supported. The time for the credit to appear depends on PayPal and your payment provider. Once a purchase is refunded, the course-access license for that purchase ends.

The guarantee is additional to mandatory rights you may have, including remedies for content not supplied or not as described. We do not treat visiting this page, paying, or opening a lesson as a blanket waiver of statutory cancellation rights. Where a waiver requires separate express consent and acknowledgement, those requirements must be met.

6. Using the lessons and materials

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the lessons and included resources for your own learning. You may download or print resources made available for that purpose.

Do not redistribute or resell our videos or resources, upload them publicly, share private course-access credentials, or present our teaching materials as your own. This restriction is about the course materials, not a claim of ownership over artwork you create yourself. Respect any separate rights that apply to third-party reference material.

We may restrict access for a material breach, such as unauthorized redistribution or fraud. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. A good-faith refund request, payment dispute, or exercise of a legal right is not itself grounds for a penalty.

7. Learning expectations and responsibility

The course provides creative instruction, not a guarantee of a particular artistic result or income. Results vary with practice, materials, and individual choices. Follow the safety instructions supplied with your paints and tools, and supervise children appropriately.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and usable course content. We do not guarantee that third-party payment or delivery services will always be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms removes responsibilities, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle purchase information, access-delivery emails, support messages, and website technical data.

9. Questions, complaints, and applicable law

For delivery issues, refunds, or complaints, contact Art Foundry at artfoundry@gmail.com. Please describe the issue and include your order reference when relevant.

Art Foundry operates from Hyderabad, India, and these terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Nothing requires you to give up access to a competent consumer forum, regulator, court, or other remedy available under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases and show the revision date on this page. Later revisions do not retrospectively reduce the refund, content, or access commitments attached to an existing purchase. If a change affects the way we deliver your course, we will communicate it using the contact information available to us.
